Pursuant to Section 9.2 of the 2025 Official Competition Rules of the Magyar Jet-Ski Szövetség (Hungarian Jet-Ski Federation), I, the undersigned, hereby declare that in the event of any accident, personal injury, damage caused to third parties, loss, disappearance or theft of property, or any other pecuniary damage occurring during the competition or at the competition venue, I shall raise no claims against the Hungarian Jet-Ski Federation (1149 Budapest, Mogyoródi út 32.), the organizer of the competition, or its sponsors, and I release them from any and all liability and obligations. I declare that I participate in the competition at my own risk and responsibility. I further declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the provisions of Government Decree 363/2021 (VI. 28.), the Anti-Doping Regulations of the Hungarian Anti-Doping Group effective as of 1 January 2022, and the Anti-Doping Regulations of the Hungarian Jet-Ski Federation effective as of 11 February 2023. Furthermore, I declare that I have received the transponder required as a condition of participation in the competition, that I will use it properly and in accordance with its intended purpose throughout the competition, and that I will return it in its original condition to the organizing body no later than 17:00 on the last day of the competition. I acknowledge that if the transponder is lost, damaged due to my own fault, or not returned by the specified deadline due to my fault, I may be required to pay a fine of EUR 100. Failure to pay this fine may result in exclusion from the entire competition series.
